That’s a lot of metal up there!                       

Months of hard work in Cape Breton Nova Scotia, thousands of hours invested into one of the most momentous structures in the community of Port Hawkesbury. This renovation project has countless hours devoted to the manufacturing and installation of 15,000 linear feet of standing seam metal roofing, custom colour match metal vents, custom trims, soffit, and fascia. Over 39 dormers present, 500 trims, and 15,000sqft, and over 1000 sheets of metal.

]]> Tom & Sarah Steele are two Cape Breton residents who in recent years moved back to the island after retiring and returning to Tom’s old family home. Tom has devoted himself to building a Cordwood Construction, using wood milled from his very own family property, and locally sourced materials including our very own metal roofing system; 1.5″ Snaplock in the colour Burgundy. The building will be accented with custom perforated soffit made in our shop too.! Tom brings this project to life to begin restoring an sail boat that’s been in the family for generations, we can’t wait to see the final project, and are so grateful to be able to keep this project close to home.

]]> Carmie & Ben MacLean are two residents home to Washabuck Cape Breton. They began the journey of overseeing the replacement of the old roof on their local church; The Holy Rosary Church. Ben & Carmie and other members of the Church, see the heritage and overall historical importance to this church and what it brings to their community and it’s members. Through many fundraisers and kind donations they we were able to see this project through. BML Roofing began this project the summer of 2024, and we are grateful to be apart of and see the church being restored to it’s former glory. We installed 1.5″ Mechanical in Black, and will be replacing the cross on the steeple with a metal one as well. This roof replacement will be a low maintenance solution to members and offer a long term solution to the coastal envrionment this building endures! Congratulations to the memebers of the Washabuck Holy Rosary Church!
