No, we are an authorized specialized re-seller of premium, world-class tool brands engineered for professional metalworkers.

Do you have a physical location?
Yes, we have a showroom in Lake O’Law, Cape Breton, where you can see our curated tool selection in person.

How Long does it take to get my order?
Orders ship out Monday through Friday with a 2pm cut-off, with most in-stock orders processed the same day they are paid. You can reference the tracking number provided in your email receipt, but typical delivery times average 7-10 business days.
Purchase Orders & payments
At the checkout, once you’ve filled out your information and your purchase order is submitted, you will receive an invoice which includes your shipping fees with payment instructions at the bottom. Once payment is received you will receive a payment receipt vie email with your tracking details included.

Rush Orders
We can expedite your shipping method and we will make every attempt to process an expedited order the same business day that the order is placed. However, If the order is placed past 2pm, the order will ship out the following business day. Additional shipping fees will apply.
International Shipping

Return Policy & warranties
What happens if I receive a defective product? If your product is deemed defective, BML will email you a return label and replace your item free of charge, or you can opt for a full refund.
Can I return an unused product within 30 days? Yes. If you are unsatisfied or purchased the incorrect item, you can return unused products within 30 days for a full refund, though you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
What happens after the 30 days? There are no accepted returns passed the 30 days.
Can I return a tool after testing it? No, if there is any usage or sign of use, such as scratching or marring of the tool that prevents it from being resold, the return will not be accepted. Contact us directly if you are unsure.
What it its a warranted return, how does it work? Warranties are dependent on the manufactuer, and will be different based on the brand and or tool. For all warranty related questions please contact us at sales@bmlroofing.com.
