JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for planning and controlling every stage (from pre-construction, through to completion and after) of roofing or siding installations. To repairs. Complete projects on time and within budget, while ensuring that crews work safely and efficiently.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Effectively communicate and work with Estimators, other Managers and all other staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, property owners, Contractors and other potential business sources. before and after each project
- Determine materials required for each project and delivery schedules to ensure structural products are delivered to site.
- Supervise and help teams when needed
- Solve and/or refer field problems as they arise.
- Organization, construction and completion of job paperwork; including writing of daily
field reports, crew sheets, weekly status reports, and incident reports. - Management onsite subcontractor during production, including ensuring the proper employee count to execute the project within the established project schedule and with the highest standard of workmanship quality.
- Follow the site-specific safety plans to ensure the safety of everyone.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance of projects.
- Produce a punch list and project close-out.
- Perform and document detailed roof or siding inspections for site supervisor
